The Catfish (John's softball team) played in the state tournament at the end of August. It was in Rapid City and we decided to get a hotel down there so we didn't have to drive back and forth so much which made it seem like a mini vacation (even though we had just gotten back from a 9-day one). They played a lot of games but they did really well and ended up winning the championship! Go Catfish! We had fun watching the games. John's sister Jenny and her boyfriend Darrin and kids came to watch all of the games. It was great to have them there and spend some time with them. Taylor had fun cheering for her daddy and playing at the playground with her cousin Chase.
